Bad Service and Attitude

On 2 separate occasions I ordered the Zesti Peri-Peri Chicken Burger. The 1st time they got the order wrong and I ended up with a beef burger. I accepted that as a human mistake. The 2nd time round they got it wrong AGAIN. I ended up with a beef burger AGAIN. On 27-09-2013 I ordered a Chicken Burger combo and a Get Real Chicken burger. I mentioned to the manager about my past experiences and it was politely laughed off without much interest. Order was completed; double-checked it cause of what happened previously. The combo meal was correct and the Get Real Chicken burger had a beef sticker pasted on it. I mentioned this to the manager and she took it, but the staff said it's the wrong sticker on the packaging. She came back with the burger saying I was looking for the mistake and walked back with a attitude.

My complaint is more based on the attitude the manager portrays to customers. She clearly doesn't give a about customer service. This sounds cliche, but customer is king because we support your company. My money can be accepted at any other competitor with better customer service. Speak to the staff at this branch, cause they aren't doing your brand any favours
