I have been a customer of pizza perfect for the better part of the decade and have never experienced poor food made by the Edenglen branch up until Friday night. I got there and order 2 pizzas to go around 20h30. i couldnt pay as they were cashing up to close already so i had to wait for them, and when i got my pizza the staff were all packed up to leave and waiting for me (their trading hours is until 9pm, it was 8:30) so being rushed i never checked my order and left when i got home, i was quite surprised firstly i ordered a nachos pizza which had 1 nacho on it, and the pizza was half upside down. Half the pizza had no cheese on it or nachos, and the base was folded over the pizza... ( i took a pic of it and i am happy to send it around should anyone request) it was rushed because they wanted to knock off i guess... either way closing at their normal time wouldnt hurt, and could have saved a customer. secondly they also forgot to give me the coldrink i ordered as well. poor service isnt what i ordered.
