I ordered a PIzza Perfect from Ferndale at 16h17 for collection at 16h50. I went to Pizza Perfect at 16h45 and they only STARTED to prepare my pizza when I asked where it was! As a result the pizza came out of the oven at 17h02 - 12 minutes late and the manager didn't even come to apologise - even though I asked for the manager to come talk to me! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!
