At about 21:00. 2/11/2013 We ordered food that comes with a cool drink to take home. Upon arriving back home we discovered that the cooldrink is missing and were not prepared to drive back because of distance and time. So we called Nando's and they told us it will be sorted, they will leave a note for the morning shift of 3/11/2013, we can come in then. But this didn't happen as promised cause nobody knew about the incident plus we where made to wait for over 20 before eventually someone, peeping from the kitchen who didn't even speak to us but through another employee who operated the till said we must come back at the night shift to the person that served us. No acknowledgement, no apology, just attitude. But through our persistence and explanation of inconvenience and distance travelled they eventually gave us the cool drink
