Ants in the KFC cool drink

I have recently bought streetwise two and a small KFC cool drink. After I left KFC Gardens, I then open the cool drink. I was shocked to see Ants floating on the drink. I went back to report the matter, the manager on duty said she can just replace the drink. No apology nothing.
