I really don't understand newcastle's customer service! I phoned at 9:00am today, and placed a order of 2 cheese burgers and 2 orange juices, its now 9:55pm and yet no delivery! I'm sorry but that's just bad customer service! I phoned again at 9:46pm and the lady says no the driver is ons his way, now I want to know is how do you people opperate??
