Upon entering the drive through on 1 November 2013 at about 19:00n I was told that there were no fries available with my order, I accepted and proceded to the cashier, I asked her very politly to just make a remark on my reciept that they were out of stock and she refused to serve me my order. You can just imagine my frustration for accepting the fact that no fries were available but then the slap and disrespect for not even getting my meals!!! Really McDonalds is that how you treat your customers?
