HOW CAN YUM YUM EMPLOY A MANAGER WHO DOES NOT GIVE A TOSS ABOUT MAKING THINGS RIGHT, LET ALONE MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY. I SPENT R90 ON THAT DAY AND HE OFFERED ME 4 PIECES OF CHICKEN! NOW IF THIS WAS A FRANCHISE IN SANDTON OR ELSEWHERE WHERE THE TARGET MARKET IS NOT BLACK PEOPLE MY COMPLAINT WOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED CHOP-CHOP. NOW BECAUSE I BOUGHT FROM A STORE THAT SERVES MAINLY BLACK PEOPLE! HE DOES NOT CARE TO OFFER PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS PEOMISED A VOUCHER FROM THE CAPE TOWN PEOPLE TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS SO CALLED VOUCHER. I ALSO DEMAND TO BE TREATED LIKE AN IMPORTANT CUSTOMER, WHERE THE MANAGER CALLS AND APOLOGIZES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF EATING A WORM WITH MY FOOD, ALSO OFFER ME A VOUCHER AND NOT TELL ME TO GO BACK TO THE SAME STORE THAT SERVED ME WORMS.
