Last Sunday, We went to nando tygervalley and they did not have rolls and after a discussion about how we can fix the problem the manager Lisa got frustrated an decided to swear at us infront of kids (who understand) in her native tongue. Once she realized what she did she decided to cry. I called nando: s chirpline on monday an explained what took place and mbayli advised that the store would get back to me. I forgot my phone at work an after trying to get hold of me they resolved the issue. I eventually got my phone back an contacted them they advised me that another manager would contact me. That manger has not yet contacted me. I didnt expect this service from nandos. To make this worse the order was wrong. It was the most appalling experience. Im not sure why the head office could not sort this issue out.
