I ordered food from Nandos at the Leaping Frog centre in Fourways on Sunday 10th November 2013.
The delivery guy came to deliver my food but then called me to tell me he cant come up to my unit and i must come downstairs. I then told him im not coming downstairs and he eventually came up.
I gave him R70 for my R63.90 bill and he took the money and attempted to walk away without giving me back my change. To my shock I had to ask for my change from him!!!
He was very annoyed and told me he does not have change, I told him he can leave the R10 and come get his R3, 90 from me when he comes back to deliver at the same place.
After leaving my house he then had the audacity to send me a very rude sms!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT RIGHT DOES YOUR STAFF HAVE TO SEND PAYING CUSTOMERS RUDE SMS'S FROM THEIR PERSONAL CELLPHONES???
I called the manager at the Leaping Frog shopping centre, told him my complaint and till today no one has even bothered to appologise.
I am utterly disgusted by the service I received from that restaurant and will never buy from them EVER!!!
