Faulty machine or faulty fingers?

I have gone to Romans Norkem Mall twice in the past couple of months and both times I had problems with the payment. The first time, I paid for my pizza with my debit card and they said the payment didn't go through as it didn't show on their machine. I sucked up my annoyance and paid again (cash) and luckily I could get the money reversed on my bank account within about a day. They managed to up my order and I had to drive all the way back to get it sorted. Last week, I ordered and paid with my debit card again. Once again, it didn't show on their machine but went off my bank account. I may have been able to control my irritation if it wasn't for the attitude of the workers - acting like I'm the... In the end, I left without a pizza and minus R80, 90. It's not a lot of money, but to how many people do they do this?? I have emailed them directly regarding this, but have received no response. I don't know whether the problem is with the machine or with the operator, but it's ridiculous that they are getting away with this.
