On Saturday 25 October we went to this branch of Mochachos, the time was 19h05. My receipt showed that my order was placed at 19h11 and I was told that due to home deliveries that my order would take 20 minutes (max 25) which I thought was strange. So I sat in the car waiting and let 30 minutes pass. When going back to collect my order, it had not even been started with by the kitchen staff (which were extremely loud and noisy in the back). I asked where my order was and was told its coming, I sat down as I never make a scene about these things. Around 5 minutes later a young boy was there to collect his mothers order who I had overheard being placed telephonically after mine, THIS ORDER WAS HOWEVER READY. We left with our order at 20h20. I vow never to return to this branch!!! This is not the service the other branches I have been to deliver.
