I placed a telephonic order @ Mochachos Braam that I was going to fetch after half an hour or so. Upon arriving to collect it, a lady @ the till named Mbali told me that there was no such an order nor did my name appear as per the confirmation over the phone. She called the gent named "Kat" who was with me on the phone. When I asked him what had happened to my order he just showed me pieces of paper (by pointing) on the counter and he said, "Mam, these are orders waiting to be captured, " and he continued ringing up those orders as if I came to ask for a free meal. The least he could have done was to apologise and offer to take the order again. I was so astonished at such utter customer negligence and complete disregard of my time wasted. I hope my grievances will receive your full attention and that the necessary remedial steps will be implemented to prevent future occurrences of the same nature.
