My family and i order 2 x 1/4 chicken and pap and a Burger combo from Mochachos Florida Junction over the phone to collect. We Collect at 17h43, and upon arrival at home to find that the chicken is burned (schorched). We call at 18h00 to complain about the food and advise we are not driving back and the lady who answers the phone, appologises and says she will send a driver and replace the food. At 19h15 we call back and the store managers says that he does not deliver free of charge outside a 5km radius, explain the situation and he agrees to rectify the problem, we get our food 2 hours laters, ice cold, so spicy hot after we asked for mild, tried to call them back with no connection to the phone line. Had i known better i would have supported KFC or ChickenLicken, but i will not support this fast foods chain very soon, bad food, bad service and no lack of urgency
