We went to Mochachos in the Loch Logan Waterfront on Thursday, the 30th of May. After standing in a queue for about 10 minutes, we were greeted by a person with a very bad attitude. I asked for 2 schwarmas and a medium chips. The manager next to the employee had to give us the different flavour options as the employee just could not bother. When he then rang up our order, he forgot the chips and then sarcastically said that I did not order chips. I then had to assure him that I did order chips, after which he rang it up. We then waited around 20 minutes for our food. When it was done, people who ordered after us received their food first. When we got home, the medium chips contained about 15 chips and the schwarmas had soggy tomato and wilted lettuce.
I was really disgusted as we paid more than a R100 for this food and it was such bad quality that we couldn't eat it and gave it to the dog.
Mochachos will never have my support again, ever.
