I would just like to complain about the bad service i received it was really uncallfull. Myself and My family of about 10 people went to your branche in promenade yesterday and as we got there we dished up and we didn know we not allowed to have more than a certain amount of prawns or ribs at one time i really think thats bad because you get monitored according to what you take isnt it a all you can eat buffet??? and at a cost of R150??? The package even included a bottomless dessert but your dessert gets dished for you and you told by the staff if you dont go dish yor dessert you wont get isnt there suppose to be a surplus amount of things ..And it was eid but it was the same dishes you always have what make that any better than any other day then ..It feels to me as things are all cheaply made and are limited now and when we got home we all ended up with runny tummies
I feel this is a matter of concern and should be looked into as me and my family feel that we would never come to this place again and before this we were going to have all our family gatherings there but now our minds are changed
