Friday 4th October 2013 i placed order at Steers tokai. My order was 2 Saucy burgers and a half chicken when we arrived home the kids was ready to eat as the smell made their palate tinkle when we dished our chicken (Little one age 2yrs 9mths) loves his chicken and chips we quickly realised once cut that the chicken was half done. My wife separated the leg from the thigh and there was blood all around the bones. We decided that giving any nobody this chicken could potentially harm us, we then made the little one noodles to eat and my wife and our eldest had the burgers. They complained that the chips were dripping with OIL.I then called the store immediately and spoke to the Supervisor on Duty "Valencia" who said that she will reimburse my whole meal as she feels terrible and she was really sorry. I accepted her apology and said I will take her up on that offer, I was going to call her on Saturday to make arrangements, I then called her the Saturday and she informed her "owner Toks " and as per his suggestion she should only give me the chicken with a large chips. I then explained to her that this makes me feel as if he does not believe me or that he just dont care.
