It is supposed to be convenient to grab a quick meal at the airport before flights, and one would think that restaurants at airports would understand what matters to their customers. Wiessendhoff at Lanseria however just about holds the monopoly at there, and the way that their customers are treated reflect exactly that kind of arrogance. I have never once received the service I expected, and my experience there last Sunday was the last straw. I ordered a spinach salad, and when it still wasnt on my table 20 minutes later, I asked one of the waitresses to hurry it up - 5 minutes later they advised they were out of spinach. So it took them 25 minutes to finally figure that they didnt have the main ingredient of my salad! I had to rush off to my destination on an empty stomach - thanks Wiessenhoff!
They always either take forever to take your order, or to serve it if they have it (seldom), or to process payment - seems to me they aim to be as bad as they can be, and therein they succeed.
I will take my own sandwiches next time I travel - Wiessenhoff will not get another cent from me!
