I'd like to bring to your attention that your service is getting a rather bad reputation. On Sunday evening my boyfriend and I redeemed our Groupon at your restaurant and the service we received was atrocious. Our waiter firstly got our main course order wrong, secondly after ordering a small salad he arrived with a table salad. I called him over and we told him that he had made a mistake, but that we would still eat what he brought us. Instead of apologizing he argued and did not apologize. Something that was supposed to be a very pleasant experience turned into a rather uncomfortable situation and instead of making a scene I decided to email you. We were charged R80 for the salad, after we had insisted on receiving a small salad. I do not wish to give your restaurant a bad reputation but I do believe that when you pay for a service, you should receive it.
