20/09/2013 we ordered the most digusting pizzas. I took some photos, laid a complaint on scooters site and within a couple of minutes a was contcted. I forwarded the photos to the gentleman. The following day an extreamly rude woman from the branch phoned whilst I was in a shop, not even. Asking if it was a convinient time to talk. I ended up loosing m temper and put the phone down in her ear. People including the owner actually walked up to me stating I am crazy to by from them. I phoned the call centre and the same gentleman answered stating he ws looking at the photos I had send and it is of poor quality. He said he will get back to me.. Nothing, absolutely nothing. I phoned in again tonight but we had bad signal. I tried to phone bacl but I have to hold on forever and a day.
