This is the 4th time in a row now, I'm staying about 1.5km from Pizza Scooters in Ellisras, every time when i ordered Pizza, they always don't listen clearly or phone my back to confirm my Address, when i do give them the address they said they will deliver the Pizza in 35-40 minutes for me, like tonight i ordered the Pie Zone, two ham and mushroom pie zones, the lady said they will deliver it in 40 minutes that was 07/07/2013 17:05 @ 17:55pm 07/07/2013 the lady phoned me to ask my home address again after they put the number in on the system and my address will pop up, then the lady used the excuse, that the driver got lost, eventually i went to work and about 18:10pm 07/07/2013 the driver pitched up at my house, he refused to give the food to her before she pays, its an hour and 5 minutes late. At the past i phoned the owner of Lephalale Scooters "Carel" then he credited me for the Pizzas and gave it for free for me, but every time it is the same situation this is so poor service from them, i promise you, about 75 percent of town have complaints against them. This is so BAD!
