We ordered Pizza and once again the chillis we ordered didnt come after we already paid via credit card over the phone. I called and told them and the woman who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and tried to brush it off. One of the pizzas were cold, whether it was due to the bag not being closed i don't know as it only took half an hour for us to get the pizzas. When I told her the pizza was cold she told me in no uncertain terms I was lying. She said "come here and look at the slip your pizza is not cold" Then she carried on shouting at me which got me so angry I eventually told her to shut the F up and listen. she then hanged the phone up on me.
Its ridiculous as this is the third time I have recieved cold pizzas from that branch with no chilli that I paid for. Iwill be posting this everywhere I can. I want the money back for my chilli and I want this woman to be disciplined. For crying out loud train your staff Scooters. Just as bad as Nandos. Pathetic and I will never buy from scooters again.
