I went to kfc to buy family treat 10 piece and when i got home the pieces were burnt when i called the store they said i sould bring the left meat as evidence that the meat was burnt and they will give me 10 pieces and when i arrived the store manager Kleinboy went back on his word said he will only give me 5 pieces instead of 10 because we have eaten the rest, while he is the one who said he will give me 10 pieces and when i said i was gonna call customer service he said i should call it arrogantly so, as if nothing will be done to him.
