On Monday 29th I went and bought groceries from the Checkers in Silverlakes and bought some STEAHOUSE BRAND RIB EYE STEAKS.,
Well be warned never again. I bought rib eye steaks which cost me in the region of R70.00 for both. THey were tough and full of sinues and totally disgusting. For a brand that is promoted by ""THE"' GORGON RAMSEY on TV I HAVE THIS TO SAY.WHO THE ARE YOU TRYING TO FOOL???
The quality of the meat left nothing to be desired and so much for the famous TV adds what a lie.
Then after a phonecall to the store I drove all the way to meet with Grace, whom had promised me shed cut me two new pieces of meat while I waited.
Well when I got to the store to claim my meat I was surprised to here shed gone home, and after telling my story to the manager on duty I was taken back to the meat counter and to my HORROR HE OFFERED ME YET ANOTHER PIECE OF THE DISGUSTING STEAK WHICH I REFUSED. Instead of honouring my request and cutting some meat he then proceeded to offer me my money back. Gee disgusting customer service from CHECHERS Silverlakes.
