"No Zingerwings available due to high demand"!! Seriously!! For a Saturday?! And this was not the first time we have seen these notes displayed in your windows. In fact this is the 4th time this past 6 weeks that I came to your store and leaving without any Hot Wings. On Saturday 31 August was the first time I experienced the fact that you cannot keep up with stock of this "high demand" delicacy. If you know that this is in high demand, why not make the effort to keep enough stock for a weekend? I always have to hear: "we had yesterday". I may forgive limited stock during the week, but it is unforgiving to send customers away during a weekend, especially at the end of the month when fast food is in higher demand. Unfortunately your store was not the only branch not having stock on 31 August, but even Durban Road branch in Bellville had no stock "due to high demand". Poor excuse and even worse management for not making sure that the store is stocked with enough food. Poor service from South Africa`s biggest fast food franchise. Thanks MacDonalds for your dry nuggets to once again substitute for "No Zingerwings"
