We waited for a table for over half an hour upon receiving a table i asked 3 waitors to move us to a booth the moment it became available, one did become available behind me so i moved over.. the manager/owner not sure what she is comes my way and says i cant sit there so i asked why she says shes going to seat another family there, i then asked dont you guys work on a 1st come 1st serve basis and i was here way before them and i notified th waitors. This woman then went on an authority trip saying she can seat people where she please as that belongs to her, she was alway up in a family members face and had to be literally carried off the floor by another male that worked there.. This resulted in my cousin losing her temper and hurling abusive terms at the manager/owner. All this happened right outside the kids play centre which now left children exposed to this sort of behaviour!!!
Is this the sort of service John Dory's provides, is this what our children will be exposed too when we visit so called reputable resturants??? Are managers/owners not provided with any sort of customer skill training but rather trained to become abusive and violent??
