Well I received an SMS 2 days ago that says "Debonairs Customer Care Case 100514 has been Resolved. We thank you for your interaction."
How the he'll can a case have been resolved when no body has even bothered to speak to me? Debonairs is now lying to themselves so it's no wonder they have such punk management! This has NOT been resolved & NO I'm not just going to disappear with a whimper. So until I get a formal apology for the way I was treated you will be getting one of these complaints logged every 5 to 6 days. The ball is back in your court. And please stop sending SMS's to my tablet - my mobile number is below so use it.
In the meantime please everyone keep away from Debonairs Durbanville in my opinion if they are that bad knowing what's going on with their orders they most certainly won't take care of the food you get from them.
