On Wednesday evening, I went to the KFC in Langenhoven Park (Bloemfontein). Firstly, it was not busy, there was only one person in front of me. None the less, I still had to wait in the queue for 10 minutes, because there was only one person taking orders. Secondly, when I got home the Twister I ordered was so hard, that I struggled to bite through it. The lettuce inside was so wilted, it looked like it was very old. So they gave me a Twisted that was made hours before. This is not the first time something like this happened, another time I got pieces of chicken that were burnt. I will definitely think twice before ever buying from KFC again.
