I do not understand how me saying that I am satisfied that the call centre followed up on the case but I am not satisfied with the response from the manager renders the matter resolved. None the less I will not be visiting debonairs pizza ever again, and will make it my mission to tell everyone i know and come in contact with about how poor the service is and how poorly they have handled the matter. When i told the manager that the ingredients were missing and that the mushrooms were burnt it was as if I was lying and it was impossible that this happened. As if i made the story up that i overheard the staff saying that if they don't have the ingredients they just move on to another order. I then pose the question "why did our pizzas take so long??? "
