I called the Bayview store on the 30/09/2013 at around 6:30pm and ordered a pizza and wanted them to deliver unfortunatly their delivery guy went off early so they did not have anyone to deliver the pizza so then i thought let me call the chatworth centre branch because both stores are approximatly same dictance apart from wer i live which is in westciff chatswoth when i called to order they told me i have to order from bayview i explained to the person that they are not delivering she then tells me there nothing they can do and cuts the call!!!
this is really bad customer service. my kids really wanted to have debonairs pizza. im really upset with the way your staff handle the situation.
