This afternoon I ordered (and paid for) an Original King Steer combo meal for lunch, however when I returned to my office I opened the bag to find that I had been given only the burger and cooldrink and not the chips. I do not have time to go back and complain, nor do I have the slip as the cashier (one different from the cashier I ordered from) took my slip when he handed me the bag.
Added to this the burger was cold when I bit into it, which I found strange as the drive back to my office is 2 minutes.
Its something really simple, and is their job to make sure that the customer gets what they paid for.
