I often buy the Triple Decker (Chicken) pizza from the Galleria and Gateway Debonairs outlets. They normally have a lovely tangy taste. However, when I bought one from the Bayview outlet, it turned out to be extremely sweet - so much so that my family and I could not eat beyond a couple of bites. As it was too late to take the pizza back that night, I stored it in the fridge and phoned up the Bayview outlet the next morning and left a message for the manager to phone me. He did phone a short while later, heard my complaint without comment, but promised to get back to me. To date I haven't heard from him again. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the pizza - but more so in the outlet's customer service.
