I bought a burger and two packets of wings from KFC Bertrams and left the store. When I reached home and opened my burger, there was no fillet inside the burger and I did not receive one packet of wings. After complaining on the KFC website, I received a letter and a reference number (P5/13/784) thanking me for my feedback? Thanks KFC. The letter will certainly replace the fillet and the wings I did not receive. Absolutely pathetic.
