Fly eggs on patty

Bought 5 Mcfeast burgers of which two burgers had only one patty in stead of 2 patties.
Another burger had fly eggs on one patty.
Lettuce on all burgers were brown and totally off.
Took the order back to the Benoni branch where the manager gave me a refund. He also stated that he did not understand how the fly eggs got onto the patty as he did not have one fly in the kitchen???
Reported the incident to the Mcdonalds customer care line.
