On three occasions thus far, I have been to McDonalds in Lambton and every time I have been there, I have ordered my usual meal - a medium McRoyale with a Creme Soda. But on these three occasions, upon ordering my usual meal, the first order was packaged in he wrong box, a Big Mac holder and the last two occasions, they completely messed up my order and gave me the wrong burger, a McChicken to be exact. Upon complaining, the manager just told me I should have checked my order before leaving. But how can I do that at the pick up window of the drive-thru when there are other cars behind me and the person at the window who is rushing me to leave?
