A week has passed and I am yet to receive feedback from Silver Cloud Spur (Cape Rd, Port Elizabeth) regarding my bad experience on the evening of 20 September 2013.
1) The waitress Zizi's service was not up to scratch (had to correct her numerous times on orders)
2) No side plates were offered for our shared starters
3) Our starter's plates were dirty (previous meal of avo or something and oily marks on the sides)
4) Ordered 1 chicken schnitzel melt & 2 x combo schnitzels and requested doggy bags for the 2 combos. When we arrived at home we noticed that the one doggy-bag contained nachos & half eaten burger from someone else - DISGUSTING!
5) Returned the wrong doggy-bag on Saturday morning and Tarryn didn't seem interested in our complaint at all and in a hurry wanted to order a combo to "fix" the error. I told her I was not interested in their food. She took down my mom's number and name, and said that someone would phone us Monday / latest Tuesday - we are still waiting for the call...
6) I typed a letter of complaint on Spur's website Tuesday evening (general / customer care not sure) and still no feedback. I will never return nor recommend! Goodbye disappointing SPUR!
