What Happened to the Level of Service

When I first started coming to Mug and Bean in 2008 the level of service I received was outstanding. On a regular basis my waiter / waitress would come and check in, see if I needed a refill or something more to drink.

However over the last month I have been in at twice a week to do some work, while enjoying a cup of coffee, BUT once seated I am left alone, no bother of checking in to see that I am okay, if I need something more to drink, a refill or would like something to eat.
The managers do not come around and check that things are okay like other restaurants.

Thus I am left wondering why I keep coming here and why people still return to this branch. As I have been to a few others in and around the same area and yet the service I get there, far out weighs that of what I get here.
