I LIKE TO USE THE DRIVE THRU, BECAUSE IT IS EASIER WITH MY CHILDREN. BUT MORE THAN ONES I DIDNT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDER - ORDER WRONG OR SOME OF THE FOOD ISN'T IN THE
PACKAGE. ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2013 I BOUGHT TWISTER, BURGERS, SPRINGLE POPS AND FRIES. WE STAYING ABOUT 40 KM FROM ORKNEY AND WHEN WE COME HOME TO EAT, I HAVE TO FIND OUT THAT EVERYTHING I ORDER WASN'T IN THE BAG. I TRY TO PHONE MORE THAN ONES, BUT
NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE. ONE TIME I CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE I DRIVE I WAY, THE CASSIER TELL ME IN A RUDE WAY, I HAVE TO GO, BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO SERVE THE OTHER PEOPLE.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GO BACK 40 KM IF THE ORDER IS INCORRECT. THE ORDER MUST BE DOUBLE CHECK.BEFORE HANDING OVER TO THE CUSTOMERS; OTHERWISE THE CUSTOMER CAN STAND IN THE ROW TILL EVERYTHING IS CHECK.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET A PARKING INFRONT OF ORKNEY BRANCH IF THEY ARE BUSY. SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO CHECK YOUR ORDER.
