I cannot believe that a restaurant with such a large franchise continues to give bad service.
We arrive with our 3 children. Place an order with a gentlemen, wait for the kids food only to be served bu another waitress who was not even given our order. So we had to start again. The food arrived cold. Felt like steak was out of the fridge. Calamari was hard and cold as well. Food sent back, new food was just as cold and RAW!!! No apologies. Not even the manager was informed. But not wanting to cause a scene we just left after we paid our bill... So disappointing. PLEASE can someone like Papachino's or another child friendly franchise come to Middelburg, we are SO sick of SPURS bad service and terrible attitude. NEVER GOING BACK!!! I'd rather eat at home!!!
