We arrived at Spur Richards bay to have a family night out as it was their kids eat for free special. Soon after we put our orders in our kids food arrived. A waitress walked passed our waitress as she put the kids food down and git bumped throwing at least 4 full glasses of her tray. It was glass and juice everywhere. We asked that our kids food be replaced incase of small glass particles as even the people behind us had glass on their table. The food got taken away but sadly the brought us the same plates back just heated up. We got moved to another table where our food arrived. After asking twice for knifes and forks my husband sat back not eating his food. In a matter of an hour we never got offered a second drink and whats the saddest of all is that the managers was chatting in a corner of the restaurant and none of them came up to ask us if we were ok... specially because cold drink was spilled all over me. Its sad to think that a accident like that didnt just spoil our evening out but also people close by as their little girls foot got cut walking out the playroom.
