Aw and then burnt food

I ordered flapjacks, when they got to the table the one was still raw and then when I asked if they could cook it a bit more it came back after 25min, dark brown on one side, black on the otherside with the middle (previously raw) had been scraped out. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed, usually mugg n bean has great quality food.
