KFC tardiness - time wasted and unhygienic staff

I used the KFC drive-thru at Hillcrest Boulevard (PTA) and ordered a meal off the breakfast menu and was surprised to hear that I would have to wait 3 minutes. Even though KFC's TV ad clearly communicates to the general public that its breakfast is on the go; no queueing; and no wait attitude, I agreed non-the-less to accommodate. 5 minutes later and I decided to check in. Feeling somewhat frustrated by now, I enquired about my order, which resulted in an extra 1-2 min wait to watch one assistant try haphazardly. I decided to cancel my order which threw a spanner in the works. Seems like there is no protocol or etiquette to handle a situation like that. So a total of ten minutes wasted at a KFC. I would ask that in future you would avoid using that branch, unless you want to kill time but hope my reproach doesn't put you off other branches as they are to a large extent exemplarily.

PS. I sent two formal complaints using the website - no response to date
PPS. On another occasion - at the same outlet - I witnessed a staff member in broad daylight proceed to eat out of the muesli packet - with his bare hands no less - after preparing one of the breakfast meals.
