This KFC rarely ever has KFC seasoning, the soft serve machine is almost always broken and more than once I have returned home to find no chips in my bag. Now I understand if the soft serve machine breaks, it's not entirely KFC's fault, but to regularly be turned away (95% of the time) is simply not on. Get a new Machine, or make sure it gets repaired ASAP, as ice cream is a big part of the KFC menu. KFC seasoning completes a KFC meal for me and to almost always be denied the seasoning no matter what time of day, is rather annoying. I assume it is somebody's job to keep track of stock, so clearly somebody is not doing their job. Head Office needs to sort this place out. At the end of the day I am trying to give you my money but you don't make the effort to take it.
