Cheese rolls always the same story

Went to your store around 16H15 to buy cheese rolls and low and behold... OUT OF STOCK???
The new excuse is the crispy roll machine is broken??? Really, do you have a soft roll machine and a crispy roll machine??? Because you had soft rolls.

It's the same age old excuse with that bakery. Check my previous complaints about not having cheese rolls and the excuses I have got are first class bull.

I really give up with you guys

Please don't waste your time to call me because it will not make a difference.
