How is it possible that a McDonalds branch can run out of soft serve ice cream at 21h50 during a normal weekday? No apologies from the staff, just: Sorry, no stock. If there had been proper management and stock control, a basic product such as soft serve ice cream should never have been out of stock. Me and my friends subsequently visited the friendly KFC across the road where we got lucky!
