I am absolutely and incredibly disappointed with the ways of McDonalds Durbanville.
I wanted to support McDonalds in durbanville as it was great knowing it would open in my town, but never the less I will travel far and wide to support another fast food franchise.
The first time going through to order was incredible as you just opened but standards were definitely not kept up!!!
the remainder four times when ordering we were told to wait 20 minutes and after that 20 minutes had expired they told us to wait another 20 minutes as they were cleaning. I would have let it slide if it was once or twice but four times in a row is just ridiculous.
with false advertising of being open 24 hours, cleaning and other duties should be dealt with while open.
this has definitely left me with a sour impression of McDonalds and will not easily return.
