On Friday, 13 September 2013, I went around 18h30 to order pizza from the Debonairs, as im not from the area - I was advised that this franchise is situated in te Shoprite in Eldorado Park. I think we got there a shortly before they closed, there was no one at the counter to serve me, and a few people impatiently waiting on their orders. After a 10min wait a male came forth and took my order. I initially ordered a tripple stack pizza, of which he advised me they dont have large bases to make a large pizza, I then ordered two standard pizza (chicken tikka and something meaty), the swiping facility was out of order and I had to leave the store to draw money. After almost and hour wait, after the closing time. I got the most horrible 2 pizza's. the base was soggy, no meat on both pizza's and it seems as if they just dumpd saurce on the base and half cooked it. the toppings /ingredience didnt look fresh. It was appauling. The service as well as the food. We could not consume the pizza it was raw and inedible. It was my 1st time experiencing such a bad fast food product.
