I WAS a fan of Debonairs pizza until I purchased I bought 2 large pizza's, one a club pizza and one tikka chicken from the Victoria Street Branch.
The pizza base was absolutely thin, paper like and it was very soft that it was difficult to hold the pizza. They put so much of sauce which made the pizza soggy and it tasted like mayonnaise only. The pizza was not dressed properly, there wasn't enough cheese and there wasn't enough chicken on the pizza. I think that the staff rush to make the pizza's without maintaining the quality because of the large clintelle in the central Durban area.
I'm really disappointed with this specific branch, I have ever experience this problem at any of the other Debonairs branches.
Also, at the branch the tables aren't wiped for other customers to use and the floors are sticky.
I wouldn't want to go there again.
I'm also really disappointed that the Eatza's aren't available anymore, I really enjoyed those, please bring them back!
