We were at spur in menlyn a few times and afer always givin them the benifit of the doubt we are now convinced that this is a seriuos problem. we waited for a waiter for over 10 min. th wiater came back a few times to check our order so it took long to get our food, the food campe in sections with some eating and others waiting over ten minutes, the food was cold hard and dry, we requesed a manager 2 x bit never got one.
