BLU Rain a fast food restaurant that sold me a value card via an advertising company. Since purchasing the card 2 months ago I have not been able to use this card as I always get an excuse why i cannot use this card at the store.
The first case I was told that no pizza bases were supplied to the store and no pizza could be made (from a store that claims that they make gourmet food restaurant!!!). Even i an amateur cook knows how to make a pizza base, if one does not know how to mix water flour and yeast they shouldn't be working with food. The lady on the line was not the most friendliest person to deal with and this happened at the end of the year the busiest time of the year for most take aways.
The second case where i was told to call back in 40 minutes to place an order (telephonically) as the business could not cope with the amount of orders from the value cards. When I expressed my unhappiness with service the person on the line hung up on me. I again called back and the the phone was hung up again.
People like this do not belong in business never mind the food business. I will never support such business where a customer is not treated well
